Recipe #1: Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Hi Everyone,
Now that it's spring, and summer is just around the corner, it's time to fire up the grill! There's something magical about cooking meat on a stick. Here's a fresh and yummy recipe that tastes great and is also healthy for you.
Grilled Chicken Kabobs
Here are the ingredients that you'll need:

  • 2-3 chicken breast
  • 1 red & 1 green bell pepper
  • 3 bunches of long green onion
  • bamboo skewers
  • Teriyaki marinade
  • Sesame oil
  • garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
Take your bamboo skewers and place them in a cup of water to soak. Cut chicken breasts into bite sized chunks and place them in a bowl. Add teriyaki, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper(no measurements, just to your liking). Mix well and place in the fridge to marinate for 20mins. While the chicken is marinating, cut your vegetables into bite sized pieces as well. Only use the bottom white part of the green onion. Now that your chicken is done marinating, let's start assembling the kabobs.

They look really yummy! Once you've managed to skewer all ingredients, it's time to throw them on the grill.

Grill until meat is cooked thoroughly and tender. Flip occasionally on both sides. Transfer to a serving platter and eat just by themselves or with sticky rice. Even add more teriyaki sauce for dipping.

Close up of the delicious chicken and veggies. YUM!
