Indulge in the Little Things

Hello Everyone!
For a while now, I've been meaning to show my hubby a particular neighborhood in our town, that I discovered on my own a few months back, the reason being because it strongly resembles the city where we used to live in upstate New York. However, I'll need to make another post about this area because I'd need to put aside a day to explore it properly. It's so beautiful and really deserves it's own post!
The very first thing we did was get a bite to eat, it was lunch time, so we popped into this charming little cafe called 'Indulge'. Which also happened to be located right next door to the gastro pub 'Circa 1918', that my husband said he's been meaning to bring me someday.

My hubby ordered their B.L.T.A.E
I ordered the tuna tacos
Afterwards, we each got a sweet treat from the bakery, an oatmeal cream pie and a boston cream donut. With our bellies full and happy, we walked down to the street corner, where my favorite antique shop was located. This antique shop is really cool because it used to be owned by a doctor, so many of the rooms were once examination rooms; It also has a cafe!
Instead of going home after our shopping, we drove around the neighborhood a bit and discovered a small hidden park, with a little running stream. We also found the ocean, haha, it was so close to us and we didn't even realize.

The tiny secluded park

If it wasn't so blistering hot that day we would have stayed longer but the humidity was really high, which means if the temperature says 92 degrees fahrenheit, it actually feels like 102!
